We were handing out cash in Iraq to help the locals, accounting came second.

LOL. We were in such a hurry to hand out the dough, that there wasn't enough time to write down the date, the person, the reason for the allotment or the amounts of the cash that were handed out? Christ they must have been running out of the building with the cash in hand all day long to unload $9 billion. You really want the American people to accept this?

If you can't do the simple accounting, then no wonder the rest of this war is screwed up from the get go. Halliburton with another $2 billion in overcharges for fuel.

It's a veritable cash hemorage over there in Iraq, and just like for the war itself...no one is accountable!
