Nope! We sure don't. I went downstairs awhile ago, and CZ wanted his rubber "hamburger with the squeeker"....he loves to run and chase with it...but really wants you to toss it for him to run and retrieve...He wants you to chase him to get it.

So I just wait....he brings it, holds on to it, and does gurrring sounds while he holds on to it.

I just wait...and say "Good Boy". That's the signal for him to toss it to me. We wait for about 30 seconds more. Finally he jumps on my feet, drops the hamburger, and scoots off, waiting for me to toss it.

I do, and he does. Same thing again for about 3-5 times. Then he's tired and takes it off by himself, waiting for the next event.

This time, he came back in a couple of minutes and barked by the refrig door. Wanted a carrot...with the peeling off. Done....He was in heaven.

Aren't they funny little folks?
