LAS VEGAS, Apr 05, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Franklin Oil & Gas, a division of Franklin Mining, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets:FMNJ), offers joint venture with Y.P.F.B., the National Oil Company of Bolivia. C.E.O Mr. Melgarejo announces, "In September 2004, Franklin Mining, Inc. sent a letter offering a joint venture to Y.P.F.B. for the construction and operation of gas processing plants and the marketing of gas products from those plants. The initial response from Y.P.F.B. was positive.
We submitted an outline of what we are offering and we are waiting for a formal response to our offer. We will continue to follow up on this project."
