Judge Greer's findings of fact are the only "findings of
fact" at issue. Everyone else is making their own
professional or non-professional opinion.

And as I said, no judicial review has even considered, let
alone reviewed, Judge Greer's findings of fact
.

It happened only once from everything I have read on the
matter.

And based on the evidence available the legal standard
of "Clear & Convincing Evidence" may not have been
established in regards to Terri Schaivo's wishes or whether
she was indeed in a PVS state (and more than 40% of all PVS
determinations made by professionals are wrong).

FWIW, the PVS issue is moot to me. The main problem I have is
how the Judge determined Terri Schaivo's wishes to be "Clear
& Convincing". I'm not buying it based on the evidence
presented to Judge Greer.
