"Did you actually look at that timeline and see how much due process took place????" You are confusing the original case & every appeal with the single instance of finding of facts. The finding of facts, specifically what were Terri Schiavo's wishes & her medical condition, took place one time. And that single event was marred by significant problems that seriously called into question whether "Clear & Convincing Evidence" had been established. If a convicted murderer on death row presented all the conflicting evidence in the findings of fact that occurred in Terri Schaivo's case, they would have no problems getting a new trial. There's something inherently wrong with that.
