Right now, the USB market tends to be a lower margin business than flash cards, but I wonder if the U3 initiative will change this. If Sandisk/M-Systems succeeds in making it the standard I could see Sandisk benefiting from both royalties and higher margin sales. That might provide a nice boost going forward.... Slacker
