Hi Taro, I tend to buy organic. Does Kosher guarantee no artificial flavors and is it basically organic? I would eat Kosher food when growing up (@ my best friend's house), but forgot everything. All I remember is how I loved eating over there!

One Kosher thing that I do follow is not to drink milk with meat, I don't think it's especially healthy to combine the two. Sometimes religious food rules are grounded in good medical reasons.
