Any time I get "bumped up the ladder" I tend to walk out. Can't and have to get the same results.

When I bought my Jeep I "had to" listen to the extended warranty thing. I was headed for the door when they changed their minds. Made me so mad that when I signed the papers I asked them for the $1.50 pen because the pen worked better than more expensive pens for me. Sales manager gave me the ha ha and I said it was a deal breaker. My wife stole the pen from me.
