William-Bowser has been doing very good lately. I just wanted to comment on a bowser issue called Cosmetic Group(CUSA). Im not sure if anyone else is a holder, but the recent info I received regarding the proposed sale of the Contract Packaging Business has some interesting points. The overall decline of business is startling-What shocked me was that the zegarelli line has actually experienced sales declines(and this is suppose to be the future of the company), but on the other hand the company appears to have cash flow problems-Did anyone notice that some warrants had the exercise price lowered and were converted to common(hope I read that right). If the deal goes thru the book value would be around $1.05 per share. But you have to remember that the note receivable is no guarantee. Would appreciate others comments. Sure surprised me on how poorly things are going. JP
