EKS - Who or what are the "Affiliates", is a good question. We need to do a little detective work on that one. Since Novell did the filing, I wonder if they sold their own stock. Form 144 is supposed to be for restricted stock. What kind of transaction occured here?

As far as electronic filing is concerned: "...Insider trading forms are not typically filed electronically and as such, are not readily accessible as are EDGAR filings..."

From the last DEF-14A filing, Joseph A. Marengi held 243,762 shares. It would appear his sale of 22,710 shares still leaves him with 221,052 shares.

Perhaps with a little more combined effort we can put together a matrix of insider trading that will be enlightening to us all.
