Hello everyone! I'd like to say thanks to each of you for the kind words. Unfortunately, I can't keep the keyboard on my lap too long to type right now, so I'm forced to send the same general message I sent to all those who PM'd me with their get well wishes. Please accept my sincere thanks to each of you. It looks like the surgery was successful. Apparently my ankle was worse than they thought it would be. My ortho surgeon said that my ligaments were "flimsy" (how's that for technical jargon? gg). Instead of a removable boot for 6-8 weeks; I was put in a cast that he said I would likely need to wear for 6 months. It's only been 24 hours since the surgery, so the pain is quite significant. I'm eating percocets like candy. They said I could go back on my Celebrex prescription too, but given today's news, I'm not sure if I like the cardiovascular risks. Thanks again. I appreciate the concern my cyber peers have shown. :-) Tim
