Delay is clearly lying. The press have not done enough to expose him and his cronies. To call them all "liberal" is laughable after the Wall Street Journal raked Delay over the coals. All honest conservatives have got to stand up against Delay and his crooked gang. As I have said for years, the GOP has been pollluted and hijacked by sneaky thieves and liars. They need to cleanse themselves. It is all very un-holy, un-American and un-Christian. Especially as it subverts Christ's teachings ("give to the poor not the rich"), individual freedom and democracy itself.
