Hello CC, Even though I feel like I've been on the GIFT elevator headed down for about the last nine floors , I have continued to ride.....even into the "sub-terranean" areas. :-) I hope all is well with you and I look forward to some kind of eventual closure on the E-data patent litigation. I believe the court case will eventually have an outcome but if I think about it too much I am concerned that I will ruin my patience. In my opinion, the legal case is still about a 50-50 proposition but at least GIFT is apparently still in there fighting. :-) Just thought I would stop and say hello to you and of course Mel too. Back to lurker (waiting) mode...... Regards, Debra
