OK, so Sonderman's comment that only 300-mm wafers would be run at Fab36 in Dresden is entirely consistent with starting Fab 36 with 90nm node on 300mm wafers. But if Chartered is really ready to go Q1'06 it would only be done to reduce risk, not to significantly increase production. Petz
