Ironically.....I've never cooked liver and onions. Do you remember the Woodgate Inn restaurant that used to where Las Margaritas now is in Woodinville? A guy named Henning used to cook there and made the best liver and onions in the whole world. I'd give allot for his liver and onions. I'm going to make me some for lunch some day using your recipe.
