The fact that the question is open means that no relationship has been established. If a relationship had been established then the question would not be open would it?

And the fact that you bring up that point is representative of you being a right wing apologist. A right wing apologist will never admit definitively to anything that may be construed as against their side. They will throw doubt on it from a myriad of sources, just like I was saying before they will hire 5 scientific analysises to say that there is not cause and effect just so they can spread doubt, fear and uncertainty.

You say it is an open question. I say no relationship has been established. It's the same point to anyone other than a anal right wing FUD agent.
