Hi, all. I have Outlook, and periodically I'm asked if I want to archive my email messages. I have said yes, because it's recommended, but can't find my old emails when I look for them later. So I'm afraid to say yes again. Is there a (simple) way to save old emails that allows you easily to revisit them, or search for a particular one, does anyone know?
