Mike, Thanks for clarifications and additional info.

If they can maintain this revenue stream with 180 employees, I think they
can be profitable. But looking at historical revenues, it appears to
be declining sequentially. I am not too familiar with their business
aspects and products but looks like a good candidate for turnaround or
take-out by another company. Indeed a speculative investment at this
point. I might try to get in today around 1-1/8 with my high risk
investment monies.
