I heard from someone close to the story that IF they hold the price at/above 8 bucks for a 30 day period, then they have the right to call the convertible debentures and convert them to common stock. If this is true, I believe the interest savings drop to the bottom line and improve eps by 5 cents...Anyone feel free to correct me. It's possible that they are buying just enough stock back daily to keep it at/above $8.
