Yeah mostly. UN is needed and reform is now most important. Do you think oil for food etc. had an influence on how those folks made policy? If the UN was more transparent back then, perhaps things would have been difference. Maybe they could have been trusted more by the US in the pre war days so the war could have been avoided. The facts are that the UN was untrustworthy back then as were folks like chirac and schroeder who may have had some interests in keeping saddam in power. It works both ways GST. But going forward, yeah we are on the same page on this one. mike
