I have a basket of oil company stocks which includes Exxon, Chevron, Devon, Occidental and one drilling company, Nabors (NBR) I don't believe we will ever be seeing $40/bbl oil again. I live in Maryland and just paid $2.25/gal for regular gas. Highest I've ever seen. What's happening in the oil industry today will have repercussions for many years to come.
