RESEARCH ALERT-Merrill Lynch upgrades Arbinet-thexchange Fri Apr 8, 2005 03:59 PM ET NEW YORK (Reuters) - Merrill Lynch Friday upgraded Arbinet-thexchange Inc. to "buy" from "neutral", citing "recent price weakness."
