You know darn well that the CA arrangement is non-performing in nature. CA-Easytrieve, CA-ADS and CA-Ideal are vaporware that only exists on the drawing board. By the time they become GA, new and better tools will have made them obsolete. If you think that the alliance with CA will give IAIC an edge, you must have zero knowledge of the mainframe world. Ask any mainframe MIS manager about CA. You might be shocked by his answers or his obscene gestures. " IAIC continues to have a market valuation substantially smaller than its Y2K toolset competitors" This statement is misleading as hell. My fellow Nunster's Body Shop (actually a sewing factory) has a market cap of $10,000. Based upon your reasoning, does it mean that her Body Shop should command a market cap in the vicinity of $956,000,000, just like CHRZ which is also a body shop? Come Monday IAIC might be shortable.
