I note that ANO management Scott Cousens has been buying 588,100 shares in the open market over the last two weeks at higher prices. Another insider bought 100,000. The black empowerment shareholder Palewan dumped 7,500,000 shares, which may be the story here. I don't think they are allowed to sell anymore, and I didn't think they were allowed to sell even that this early? See lock up agreement:
