I like ManyMoose, Coug. I am trying to have Feelies be a place where people from all walks of life can speak up and hang out. I enjoy ManyMoose's poetry and posts about the West, just like I enjoy the song lyrics you post and your descriptions of all that snow! I know you have strong feelings on this subject, and I understand why, but I try not to polarize people's positions by calling them rightwingers and such, or trying to figure out who they used to be at SI.

I would rather concentrate on what people have in common than what divides them. I am sure my political views are way different than most people's, but still I am interested in all the quirky multi-facets of people. This is such an amazing place, because I can talk to farmers and scientists and teachers and writers and just everyone from so many places, with so many different ideas. To me it is worth tolerating a wide variety of opinions to learn about new ideas and divergent opinions that I just wouldn't get in my own little world.
