You can call it whatever you want. Doesn't make it true. The fact is they are all 3 lies. If they were his opinion he should have said "in my opinion", or" I think" or something to express that they were his opinions. He didn't. He made his statements as if they were absolute truth. And they are not true. He overstated. If he were an honest person he would admit it.
