Weak and indecisive? How about simply corrupt.

At any rate, what if the Kurds insist on autonomy plus the Kirkuk oil fields? Under Saddam, there were people who didn't know if they were Sunni or Shia. Now everyone seems to have chosen sides.

Perhaps if they can come together politically against a common enemy (that would be us), that would bring about Iraqi nationalism instead of all this sectarian baloney.
