here what I found : STEVEN SMITH DIRECTOR PRESIDENT CO-CHAIRMAN AND 10 PERCENT OWNER has sold 49,000 shares at $3, 07/23/97, reported 08/29/974 JEFFREY C SMITH DIRECTOR AND VICE PRESIDENT has sold 12,000 shares at $3 on 07/18/97, reported 08/29/974 According to the SEC files on december 1996 : Steven Smith had 1'633'362 shares Jeffrey Smith had 71'919 shares (All persons in management had 54.1 %.) Conclusions : - they sold their shares just after last earnings release - if they continue, management will loose majority - 71'000 shares are a small portion of their stake What can we think about this ???
