It seems that the name of the game would be profits.
The Rand Cam Engine promises cleaner air and better
fuel economy but it doesn't promise profits
Currrently, a licensing agreement would certainly benefit
Reg Tech. but no one else..
Industry must incur the costs of actually retooling
and creating assembly lines of mass production for
this rotary engine to become standard technology.
Those costs appear to loom larger than the
benefits of changing and replacing the technologies
now being used for each and every appilication we
can imagine. Reg Tech. will need a mandate from the
govenment that "forces" the industrial adoption of its
engine into an air condtioner let alone an automobile.
The only other way Reg Tech. can hope to convince
its would be "partners" that a change in technology is
of some benefit is to show how they can
used it to lay off millions of workers
