The Carter legacy: The "Windfall" Profits Tax and price controls extended and nurtured the oil shortages of the 70's, and created an economic crises that drove the two-inch-tall Carter from office. Reagan abolished both obscenities, and created the "oil glut". This was the last word on government energy interference, and only populist idiots and/or Marxist/Leninist liars will try to claim it never happened that way. We have an oil bubble today, and the idiot Democrat left still clings to the Global Warming Fraud and fights ANWAR drilling with their BIG LIES. Then they get themselves sexually aroused babbling that "Bush is owned by big business." That Big Lie helps cloud that fact that THEY are owned by George Soros. The Carter legacy lives in the failed contemporary Democrat party...
