Real assault rifles are not sold in any state with the exception to law enforcement, high security etc. As for the weapons used in that are referred to as assault rifles, they look scarier than then ordinary hunting rifles, but certainly are no greater a weapon.

The only real reason the population should have weapons is for self defense, hunting and a deterrent from control freaks such as yourself steam rolling over basic rights. We saw what Clinton/Reno did in Waco. Saved the children they did. Yep.

Although we don't appear near a government taken over by people like you, the people nee the right to defend themselves from your ilk, should that day come.

I am a Marine and a Law Enforcement Investigator and my experience tells me that many people are bullshitted by appearance of weapons. Especially anything made is the appearance of the military weapons.

If a sick person wants to kill you or anyone it is easily accomplished with poisons, gasoline etc. Ya gonna ban gas?
