Paul: Thanks for reminding me, I have not called Henry Schucht. I forgot. How's that for a bad but honest response. I have time today, and shall do so. Thanks for reminding me. The Lucent letter is fascinating. AVNT has civil and criminal actions against it, while one is innocent until proven guilty, there is the issue of evidence entered regarding the database of Cadence that was where it in no way could be. I would consider that sufficient to disqualify the AVNT product based on moral and integrity. I am surprised that a tech company like Lucent supports what AVNT has allegedly done. Lucent, of all companies, should support proprietary property. They could be in the same boat someday...
