[You must first register with FT online, but it's free.] ft.com Not much additional information, but it's certainly an important story, and one that needs to be followed. I'm with you - I don't understand how the system will work. My impression, from reading the FT article, is that nothing will happen unless there is some unusual stock price/volume activity that rasises flags. I wouldn't think NASDAQ would simply be out there "trolling the net" without there first being some particular situation they think needs to be investigated. But that's just pure speculation on my part. I don't know what they are up to. If you learn any more about this, please post it. Thanks. Ice
