There's little investigation on these exchanges. They operate in the gray zone between legal and illegal. Not much in the way of regulation there, you have to do something REALLY bad to get caught. Manipulation is a way of life there, I can't see that any real investigation will result, unless there is something like massive insider dumping of shares immediately followed by some really bad news.

So basically, I can't see that the company can do anything about it, and likely won't even try.
