I am more than a little puzzled as to the cause of the recent downtrend for IBM. I have been unable to find any firm reason for the decline. A PE of 17.5 seems pretty low for a company with the the strength of IBM. I would appreciate a discussion of what others think may be responsible for this recent drop. On a technical basis there seems to be a lot of support at 81-82. What are the opinions and supporting reasons on whether it will go below 80 (in the near term)?
