Biomaven: Any idea on the size of the AMD charge against earnings for the new options regulations after June 15th? I've heard that "It's already factored into stock prices", but it would obviously be a lot different for a light and heavy options issuer. I can't believe that P/E will become meaningless, and that investors will say "Oh, that 10 cent loss is actually a 10 cent profit, since they are a high tech firm and have a higher expected options expense". Flash is bad enough for the remainder of 2005; this looks like another threat to positive earnings.
