BWDI now at maxed outstanding 200 mil out , interesting to see how it will react to good news out with no new shares to pressure it UVCL from watching I know that it maxed out also at 200 mil then back it came right up over .03 the other day The difference is UVCL put out news after it maxed and so far BWDI has many news before maxing but none yet after Just some thoughts hmmmmmmmmmmm......
