I'll comment on the brief when I get a chance. Right now I'm very busy. Also, before I pollute the waters i'd like to hear what others think. Read the first GIFT brief. Make notes as to what sounds probable or plausible (not what you want to be true as an investor). Then read a defendants brief. See what makes sense in their briefs. Finally, read the reply from GIFT. Did either party not counter a persuausive made made by the other? If so, what was the point? Hopefully at least one person besides me will comment.
