Any religion that seeks to include people within its fold should (it seems) encourage all to practice its "rituals" in the hopes that non-believers will come around. The goal of the Catholic church is to create more Catholics. If you can't have your sins washed away in other religions, but you can as a Catholic, thats a benefit. Why give it away free? Same with birth control. They want Catholics to multiply. John
