Stephane, <<What can we think about this ???>> Management are jerks when it comes to PR. Of course there is never any problem when management holders of stock sell small amounts of stock (collage costs, homes, etc.) as earnings are increasing. However, their rule 144 filings are shouted through every stock reference area while the increased earnings are lost and require some digging in announcements because the P/E for the company has not been adjusted on most databases and doesn't show the turnaround. This will all eventually equalize and the stock will rise, but management sure doesn't help shareholder appreciation. Stock appreciates based on what others think, not what I do. If I'm the only one that understands the value for FRSH, the stock doesn't go up, just a fact of life. We will eventually see stock appreciation, it's just going to take longer than other stocks that do PR. My hope is for a fund to discover the value here and then take control for the company PR.
