According to a good friend of mine who writes Medicare and Medicaid policy, if you live in my state, you can have family income 300% of the poverty rate and qualify for Medicaid.

Then you have businesses which help you get rid of your assets so that the state will pick up the tab for your care and your family can get your assets:
