Try to follow the facts, at least. They don't buy at "higher than market prices", they buy at the market. They affect the market price when they buy.

I, probably, can teach an 8th grader the difference between market capitalization and total shares outstanding. I guess, there is still hope for you, but that hope is fading. You persist in repeating what is very obviously a misconception on your part.
