well NXCDQ is upticking now 3.5cx4c I have no idea why except I do know of the moron who took out the last 3.5c ask The same idiot averaged down from 1.00 and was still buying at 1 cent and in an amazing twist of luck got 90% of his losses back by selling a lot at 5c - didnt deserve to get anything back but he did

anyway There is no info anywhere on it except there is possibly a lot of value left in receivers hands including suits and patents but its all sketchy
