This whole matter caught my eye back on 8/20 or 8/21; I didn't know Steve Pluvia from a hole in the wall; I got a real education in a business I knew virtually nothing about (PLSIA), although in restrospect my first job out of college in 1970 was with GE Medical Systems, which manufactured dental x-ray devices in Milwaukee.

For all the stuff thrown at Mr. Pluvia he responded, citing his prior posts, etc., It seems to me that he took a few lumps on things (isn't it wonderful how SI can be self-policing and call a bluff and get beyond it?) but my take on it is he was pretty much right-on in his analysis of the company.

Mr. Westergaard starting the whole thing by his prominent "reward"; he jumped into this thread promising us "the beef", "smoking gun" or whatever...I still haven't seen it. That's why I posted in the 2 paragraphs from the Westergaard web site - he promised us he would deliver the goods here on SI but obviously intended for us to up his website click rate by having to go there to see his cyberpatrol in action.

In my opinion Pluvia is the clear winner but he's also the loser - I'd posted way back that anyone of us ought to insert our name/alias into the "Reward" notice should we dare to issue an opinion that someone with a warchest and a website might take issue with.

I hope Pluvia takes JW & Co. to the cleaners - what a raw deal! I commend him for having the intestinal fortitude to stand up to this. Some of the posts directed against him consisted of nothing but cheap shots; one or two were just downright stupid.

I hope the rest of us maintain our vigilance and hang tough...I am not going to use an alias but, as I said earlier, anyone or any organization that tries to regulate what I can read, debate, whatever on this SI forum or any other forum can KISS OFF - I don't need a baby sitter.
