Elmo, Vip stole my post! Novell insiders sales are insignificant. What is important is that they are not buying. It is a screaming statement that they won't put up their own money. Schmidt in particular. Just the psychology of him not making even a token purchase. Incredible. Is the stock not cheap? Then why not entertain offers? If they thought it was cheap they would buy in the open market. End of story, it's that simple. As to electronic filing. If Caterpillar insiders don't file electronically, big deal. (But even they should be forced to) But a Novell? Dwight
