I really think that the NASDAQ thing needs it's own thread. I just spent quite a while clicking around to figure out how to do it, but obviously am not smart enough to figure it out, even though I've seen the instructions posted dozens of times, and recall accidently seeing a prompt to start my own tread numerous times. So, can someone let me know how to start a thread, or start one themselves?

I'd call it "Nasdaq planning clampdown on Internet rumours", and in the heading simply link the news release, partial quotes, and ask all to discuss the issue.
