Shipping expense, real demand in Shanghai, local speculators who can buy only on one exchange, real shortage in China. How about North American and European hedge funds being short here and trying to keep the cu price down on COMEX. Let's see some deliveries out from Comex.
Copper stocks are behaving as though copper is going to $1.20 or so, really strange. Is it tax selling related because the miners are where people have good gains and you always sell winners not losers at tax time.
