Looks like an interesting war there. I've never followed Imergent but on surface it doesn't seem to be your typical penny scam. I have to agree that fighting a message board is not the best use of corporate time and money. If it's clearly libel, e.g., CEO is a convicted crook, then that's another case. Even if corporation wins, only the lawyers really win as I double stocklemon has any moola and the publicity isn't the type that will help.
