Its not against House Rules to accept a policy related trip from the National Center. Thats what Delay was told who funded the trip back in 2000. Delay was lied to and is the victim here along with the Indian Tribes who had their money stolen by the crook Jack Abramoff who completely misrepresented himself. All Congresscritters accept all kinds of policy trips from outfits like the National Center, thats Dems and Republicans.
