There are those besides myself on this thread who will correctly argue with you that the Jews are estranged from God and terribly deceived and blinded.

Agreed. They have been blinded.

The simple logic would explain that if you have rejected Christ then you have rejected the Father. I do not think that you disagree with me so far: we are mainly talking about the future reconcilliation of the Jews to the Father, and you take this a step further and look for the reconcilliation of gentiles, all of them, sinners included, those in or not in Christ, even the devil and all his demons.

Yes, I do. Christ died for us while we were yet sinners. All of us. And He will subject all forms of sovereignty including disobedient wills.

I heard a preacher speaking of how the devil hates the Jewish people because they were the ones who brought the temple from heaven to the earth. My theory on why satan hates God and mankind is because as, Paul taught we are now beneath the angels but in eternity we will be above the angels. I feel this is the main reason that satan had a falling out with God. Satan could not stand the thought of being inferior to man. Even if satan is reconciled to God as you predict he will be created beneath man and I still believe that if for no other reason Satan can not stand the thought of this happening.

I can't biblically refute or affirm the preacher's thoughts or yours. Christ came from the Jews and God put enmity between Him and satan, so that point has some validity. Paul in 1 Corinthians 15 takes us farther than anyone else when he tells us that Christ will subject all powers, authorities, sovereignties, etc.. all things except the Father Who subjected all to Christ, then Christ will subject Himself to the Father that God may be all in all. This (1 Cor 15:22-28) has to be after Revelation because in Revelation, Christ is still reigning, the saints are still reigning with Him and outside the gates, there is still independent will operating in the liars, sinners, etc... So all sovereignties are not subject at the end of Revelation.

satan and his demons are a part of the creation, so yes, I believe that Colossians 1:20 includes them in the all reconciled.

In no way shape or form will satan allow himself to be in heaven with God under these circumstances.

This comment has no basis in scripture, so I won't attempt an answer, only to say that all things are possible through Christ.

I agree that Israel will have a national conversion at the time of the second advent and the fullness and the times of the gentile will be fulfilled. Just as Jews are and can be saved today so will gentiles continue to be saved after the second advent.

God calls and gifts w/o repentance. Period. Just as he did so for the Jews who were once called to fulfill God's plan so they shall still do so. But so shall he do the same for the Gentiles who are now called to fulfill God's redemptive plan.

Alan : I just believe that God may call a nation but he saves individuals, Gentile or Jewish.

Agreed!

I played golf with my friend this week. He is not a Christian however he went on and on about the beautiful weather and the conditions and the Spring time vegetation, and the birds and on and on. I thought. God says that he should know him, if for no other reason , but through creation. We all will stand before God. We will give an account. Those not in Christ. God will say , Depart from me workers of iniquity, I never knew you. How much more final is that. That is here where I put my period.

In Christ...Gregor

Exactly right Gregor. The wages of sin is death. Believers are saved by faith in Christ. Unbelievers will be cast into the lake of fire. Our disagreement is over how long they remain there. I say for the ages, you say forever. Either way, it's a long time. I say scripture says death is temporary (it will be abolished), you say it's eternal. I say Christ will hand a perfect kingdom over to the Father, you say imperfection is eternal.

Thanks for putting it down where we can talk about it!

Your brother in Christ's love,
